RNG Pipeline, Compression, and Metering Station

Coffman provided industrial mechanical, civil, structural, electrical engineering, and land surveying for the integration of a renewable natural gas pipeline and compressor station for a dairy farm in Washington. The project consisted of two natural gas pipelines and a compressor station to boost pipeline pressure of 125 psig to 900 psig for injection into the transmission pipeline, located four and a half miles south of the farm.

Coffman detailed pipeline compressor and pressure regulation station drawings and developed technical project specifications for the materials, equipment, construction, coatings, testing, and inspection of the pipelines and compressor station to meet regulatory requirements of CFR 49 Part 192, State Utilities Transportation Commission (UTC), and local/jurisdictional requirements.
