Gateway Energy Battery Storage Building 2
Coffman provided civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering services on this 270,200 sf battery storage facility. This project complies with entitlements that were completed as part of a prior phase, with permitting through the County of San Diego for both the site grading and building construction. The stormwater management system is designed to detain and treat runoff onsite, then discharge it to a regional basin to the west of the project.
