Coffman provided structural engineering services for this six‑level parking structure, which accommodates 2,367 parking spaces and totals approximately 420,000 sf. The facility is composed of two primary components supported by a shared foundation system. The North Component provides 1,492 parking spaces, while the South Component includes 888 spaces.

The components were designed and constructed in separate phases, with a double row of columns forming the structural separation joint between the two phases.
