Kaiser Carmel Valley Medical Office Building

The two-story, 50,000 sf outpatient medical building houses 20 primary care offices and 10 specialty care services including cardiology, dermatology, radiology, and neurology. The building construction consists of steel framing with the proprietary SidePlate Steel Moment Frame system providing lateral resistance.

A series of site retaining walls were required due to the terrain of the project site. Serving more than 157,000 residents in the North County, Kaiser Permanente Carmel Valley Medical Office Building is the largest healthcare provider in the region.
