Illumina Campus Building 4 – Life Science Building

Building 4 is an expansion to the research campus originally developed for Biogen/Idec. The 120,000 sf, four-story, steel framed office, and laboratory building includes one level of subterranean parking.

The roof level supports the bulk of the mechanical equipment that serves the building.
