Gartner Skyplex

The Gartner Skyplex South project involved the construction of a new, three-story Class A office building located on 36 acres adjacent to the Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers, Florida. The facility encompasses approximately 240,000 sf with a center core area of approximately 5,000 sf per floor. One of the prominent features of the building included a three-story grand staircase located in the center core area.  Working for the developer (TPA Group), Coffman provided fire/life safety services for the project which included the development of code summaries, review of design documents and meetings/negotiations with the local building and fire officials.
