3010 Science Park Renovation and Tenant Improvement
Coffman provided structural engineering services for the core and shell modification and tenant improvements for an existing two-story, approximately 76,000 sf conventional steel framed structure with a subterranean garage. Improvements included a skin system replacement, floor plate modifications, lobby monument stairs, and a full lab/office tenant improvement.
