Washington State University Tri-Cities Student Union Building

The grand opening of the student union building gave Washington State University students a reason to celebrate as it is a place for student government activities, student breakouts and hangouts, and student events. Coffman provided structural and electrical engineering services for the design of a new, single-story stand-alone 8,600 sf building that included lighting, normal and standby power, and telecom infrastructure. The over $5.7M building the result of student ideas and dedication is high-performing LEED certified.
