US Embassy Ashgabat, Turkmenistan

Coffman Engineers provided civil engineering services as part of the Caddell Construction/Integrus Architecture design-build team for the US Embassy Campus in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. The Campus is situated on 16.5 acres in the capital city of Ashgabat and includes a new office building, US Marine Security Guard Quarters, staff residence building, community facilities, warehouse, perimeter security, and a utility building.

Coffman provided the site layout design and the design of the following utility systems: stormwater, sanitary sewer, domestic water, fire sprinkler/protection, fire hydrant, well water, natural gas, and fuel.
