University of Washington Valley Medical Center Medical Office Building

Serving the greater south Seattle and Renton area, the University of Washington Valley Medical Center has expanded to include a new five-story medical office building in the heart of their campus. The 160,000 sf building is home to a surgery center, cancer treatment center, as well as other clinic offices and spaces. The medical office building features an 80 foot long pedestrian bridge connecting it to the newly constructed parking garage as well as an underground tunnel connecting it to the existing hospital. Coffman provided structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services, working to integrate the new structure seamlessly into the existing campus.
