Sutter Health Van Ness and Geary Medical Office Building TI

Across Northern California, Sutter Health provides healthcare to diverse communities by offering comprehensive services and quality health programs that are accessible and inclusive to all. To accommodate Sutter Health’s outpatient clinical services, a 150,000 sf tenant improvement project was completed at 1100 Van Ness in downtown San Francisco. The build-out encompassed seven of the ten existing stories in the high-rise building.

Coffman interpreted existing smoke control reports, provided building and fire code consulting services, prepared life safety drawings, and assisted the client with addressing challenging building code issues.
