Spokane Transit Authority Northwest Boone Garage

Coffman was proud to partner with Spokane Transit Authority (STA) on its 2019 Boone NW Garage project. Designed to house STA’s bus and vehicle fleet, the 68,000 sf, 7.5M facility includes a vehicle wash, a 20,000 gallon underground diesel fuel storage tank, emergency backup generator, electric bus charging consideration, and supporting employee amenities including utility and storage rooms, restrooms, workstations, and a parking lot.

Our team provided multiple engineering and project management services to complete this facility and support STA’s mission to provide safe, accessible, convenient, and efficient public transportation.
