Skagit Imaging Pavillion

The Skagit Imaging Pavilion is a new imaging facility located adjacent to the Skagit Valley Hospital in Mount Vernon, Washington. The facility provides advanced MRI, CT, 3D mammography, and biopsy services to the community. Coffman provided HVAC and plumbing design out of the Burlington office. ​The building is served by an energy recovery variable refrigerant system and a dedicated outdoor air energy recovery ventilator. Separate cooling was provided for the CT and MRI equipment.

Coffman worked for the HVAC contractor, Nordic Temperature Control. The GC on the project was TRICO and the Burlington/Seattle team has a successful ongoing partnership with this HVAC/GC team.
