Scripps Oceanside Medical Office Building

Coffman provided structural engineering services for Scripps Oceanside Medical Office Building in Oceanside, California. Visiting patients can check in on their own using 13 electronic kiosk stations spread throughout the center’s three floors. Curbside arrival services are also available, allowing patients to wait in their vehicle until the care team is ready for them to enter the building.

The facility was built to accommodate medical staffing that includes 48 physicians from Scripps Clinic and Scripps Coastal, representing 40 different specialties.

Also included in this project was a 3-level, 298 stall parking structure.
