Kaiser Permanente Playa Vista Medical Office Building TI

Kaiser Permanente Playa Vista is a two-story medical office building constructed in 1984. The facility was leased out to support 24 additional primary care providers and six mental health providers. To accommodate these additional outpatient clinical uses, 35,000 sf of renovations were made on the first floor of the building.

Coffman provided building and fire code consulting services for the tenant improvement build-out. The new space will occupy services for the community including occupational medicine, family medicine, and pediatrics.
