HealthPeak Callan Ridge

Coffman is providing structural engineering services for HealthPeak Callan Ridge, a project which consists of two shell lab/office buildings with shared below-grade parking. The buildings will be three-stories above a two-story basement totaling 149,060 sf. The structural system is concrete framed with concrete core and basement walls, with two concrete-framed pedestrian bridges, one from the roof level and one from level two. The project incorporates sustainable design with a steel canopy structure to support a PV panel skylight, and a roof slab designed to support 30,000 sf of green roofing.
