DSRT Surf

Coffman, in exclusive collaboration with Wavegarden, provided project management, civil, structural, MEP, and fire and life safety engineering services for the Wavegarden Cove, at DSRT Surf, including the wave generating equipment installed by Wavegarden.

DSRT Surf is a $200M fully integrated surf anchored resort that includes a 5.5-acre Wavegarden Cove surf lagoon, a 92-room hotel, Surf Center, upscale restaurants and bars, and residential villas and condos. The DSRT Surf development team consists of life-long, passionate surfers. Several are elite, world-class professionals, and others are local surfers who want to share waves with family and friends through the DSRT SURF experience. The team brings diverse expertise to the project with deep roots in surf lagoon development, operations, finance, hospitality, the surf industry, and community building.

The DSRT Surf Resort utilizes technology developed by Wavegarden located in Northern Spain. Wavegarden is the worldwide leading wave technology company. The technology is the most advanced and sustainable in the man-made wave industry and produces wave conditions suitable for beginner to professional surfers.

The project is scheduled to be completed in 2023.
