CSU San Marcos Student Health & Counseling Services Building

Design-build construction of a new 20,000 sf, two story facility designed to promote student health and well-being to the expanding student population on the California State University campus in San Marcos (CSUSM). The LEED Gold registered facility features administration, clinical and counseling spaces, conference rooms, laboratories, health education classrooms, medical records storage, a pharmacy, and staff/faculty support areas.
