Concrete Elementary School HVAC Replacement

Coffman provided mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering services for the replacement of Concrete Elementary School’s heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system and controls system.

The project was completed in partnership with ATS using the Energy Service Company (ESCO) delivery/construction model. Coffman was engaged early in the process and provided project pre-design study services and assisted in the subcontractor selection process. Separate from the HVAC system replacement, several modifications were made to improve building performance and reduce energy consumption and maintenance. Coffman’s services also included commissioning and air balancing services.
