BRIMI Commercial Expansion

Investing in the growth of their pharmaceutical process development building, Bend Research added 12,000 sf to their existing facility. To support their medium scale, FDA certified pharmaceutical production, this project required facility and process support including multiple clean room HVAC systems, purified water, steam, process gasses, acid resistant plumbing, process heating and cooling water, process electrical power, life safety low voltage systems, and lighting design. Coffman provided full mechanical, electrical, and commissioning services for the project, coordinating in tandem to test and troubleshoot the complex systems to assist contractors with their final operating solutions. The team also field verified detailed mechanical and electrical as-built drawings to update the final 3D Revit model.
