Coffman is provided fire protection/life safety consulting for a four story, 250,000 sf car dealership facility. The facility will house an expansive, high end showroom, service center, employee training area, and multiple inventory parking levels. Through design and construction, Coffman has worked closely with the owner, design team, and general contractor to deliver code compliant solutions to this unique, multiuse building. As a result, Coffman developed cost saving approaches to the construction, including minimizing structural fire protection.
