The Pacific Northwest region has seen incredible growth in recent years, and Coffman is proud to see our work contributing to that expansion. Founded in Bellevue and eventually merging to a consolidated location in downtown Seattle, our Western Washington location has served as a staple with clients both locally and nationally for four decades.

Our diverse portfolio includes commercial and retail, civic, education, healthcare, hospitality and housing, industrial, and oil and gas projects for a variety of clients. We have completed hundreds of ground-up and renovation projects for retail and industrial clients, millions of square feet of tenant improvements for high tech clients, and implemented dozens of sustainable upgrades for healthcare facilities.
