Adobe Tenant Improvements

Anticipating significant growth at the existing Lake Union campus, Adobe required a multistory tenant improvement on two and a half floors in one of their buildings. The floors were renovated in multiple phases to minimize office disruption. Coffman’s electrical engineering scope included a fitness area, a significant kitchen and lounge area, as well as office floor renovations to increase occupant load from 535 to 850 people. This project included system modifications to accommodate more people and added systems for a new server room and main distribution frame (MDF) room.
