UCLA Neuropsychiatric Hospital

Coffman performed code consulting and fire protection system design services for the development of the Detailed Project Program (DPP) and Master Plan for the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Replacement Hospital project.

The project involved the alteration, renovation, and upgrade of an existing 180,000 sq. ft. hospital building. Coffman was on the team responsible for developing the DPP to be used by the University to procure a design-build team and also worked with the team on the development of the master plan for the overall campus including a psychiatric hospital, MOB, and parking structures.
