UC San Diego Muir College Tamarack Apartments

The residence hall project is comprised of two, nine story structures totaling 100,920 sf interconnected by a pedestrian bridge at each level. The campus housing facility, designed to house up to 275 undergraduate upperclassmen, was constructed with cast-in-place concrete and shear walls providing lateral resistance. The first level of the LEED Gold Certified facility features meeting spaces, a small retail market, laundry facilities, custodial, and maintenance areas.
