Tulalip Resort & Casino Tula Bene Restaurant

Coffman provided mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering for the replacement of the existing Tulalip Bay restaurant. The existing venue was closed off from the gaming floor allowing it to be a nonsmoking dining option. The HVAC system was designed to maintain smoke-free dining while allowing the venue to be open to the gaming floor. The project included new HVAC equipment, kitchen remodel, and a new bar.
