The Residences at Hollywood Park

The Residences at Hollywood Park is the largest mixed-use development on the West Coast. It is owned by the Los Angeles Rams owner, Stan Kroenke, and sits adjacent to SoFi stadium in Inglewood, California. Hollywood Park is ultimately planned to include up to 2,500 residences and nearly 900,000 sf of retail space.

Coffman served as the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering team for the first two residential buildings completed in the Hollywood Park complex designated as MU-2C and MU-10, which make up Phase 1 of the development. The Wesley (MU-2C) features 101 high-end apartment and townhome units ranging from studios to three bedrooms. Amenity spaces include a sun terrace, an outdoor screening area, a pool deck, a rooftop deck, and a fitness center, among other luxury features. The Crosby (MU-10) features 213 high-end apartment units with amenities such as a poolside clubroom and kitchen, a landscaped sky deck, outdoor entertainment areas, a fitness studio, a private screening room, a full-size pool, and a pet spa.

Coffman provided the complete MEP engineering design, calculations, specifications, and construction administration services for the project. Coffman’s scope of services included building HVAC and control systems; plumbing systems, including waste, vent, hot and cold water, storm drain, and natural gas; and electrical systems, including lighting, power, and site lighting.
