Sunroad Centrum Parking Structure ‘A’

Adjacent to Sunroad Centrum Tower 1, this design-build parking structure was planned and constructed in two stages with separate building permits for the subterranean portion (Phase 1) and above-grade portion (Phase 2).

Phase 1 consists of three subterranean levels incorporating precast concrete construction. Phase 2 is seven levels above grade constructed with long-span post-tensioned, cast-in-place concrete. The total capacity of the parking structure is 1,597 vehicle spaces.
