Sunroad Centrum at San Diego Spectrum

Located on the former General Dynamics site in Kearny Mesa, this design-build project features both an office building and parking structure. Tower 1 is an 11 story, approximately 270,000 sf Class A office building over a one-level subterranean parking structure. The facility boasts panoramic views and a central location near major freeways.

The parking structure was built in two phases. The first phase consisted of three subterranean levels of precast concrete construction and the second phase was comprised of seven levels above grade consisting of long-span post-tensioned concrete construction. Total capacity of the parking structure is 1,597 vehicle spaces.

Sunroad Centrum is the first LEED Certified Core & Shell Development office project in San Diego.
