Coffman provided structural engineering services for the SilverRock Resort & Residences hospitality project sited on an 18-hole Arnold Palmer golf course set against the Santa Rosa Mountains. The $85M resort comprises two properties, emphasizing midcentury modern design techniques and a seamless transition between the interior and exterior elements. Montage La Quinta includes 140 guestrooms with a Spa Montage, a fitness center, three food and beverage outlets, a multi-generational recreation center, a resort pool, retail boutiques, and other amenities. Pendry La Quinta includes 200 guestrooms, three food and beverage outlets, a fitness center, a resort pool, and retail boutiques.
