Sedro-Woolley High School HVAC Study

As part of the ATS Energy Service Company (ESCO) team, Coffman provided pre-design study services to replace the existing centralized steam boiler system with decentralized condensing boilers at Sedro-Woolley High School. The study included a detailed review of the existing campus HVAC systems, load and ventilation analysis, preliminary equipment sizing/selections, boiler room space/construction planning, and general recommendations for system improvements to reduce energy and improve the ventilation and thermal comfort of the buildings.
