Rasmuson Office Building Tenant Improvement

The Rasmuson Foundation has a mission to meet basic human needs and enhance the quality of life for Alaskan. As a legacy to their late father, the Rasumuson family started the foundation that now operates out of their Anchorage office.

Coffman provided mechanical and electrical engineering design for the recent office renovation that included a complete lighting replacement and upgrade to LED lights and new controls. The new lighting system is designed to reduce the harmful effects of light on original artwork that is displayed in their offices reflective of one of the foundation’s primary program interests— art and culture.
