Park & Market

The project includes a 34-story high-rise residential tower, four-story mixed-use office building and single story retail building – all built above four levels of subterranean parking. Specifically, work was conducted for the office building which will include a two-story open stair. The Client did not want to provide sprinklers underneath the stair for aesthetic purposes. As such, Coffman provided research on mitigation and met with the City to discuss an alternative approach.
