North County Family Justice Center

The North County Family Justice Center in San Diego provides help and hope to victims of family violence and their children. Coffman provided civil, electrical, fire protection, and mechanical engineering services to transform a 41,000 sf of warehouse space into a place of help and healing. The tenant improvement also included the 6,000 sf second floor mezzanine. DIRTT modular prefabricated wall systems were utilized throughout. When complete, the facility will conduct risk assessments and provide therapy for victims of domestic violence, career development tools, interview clothing to assist disadvantaged women in finding jobs, and a wide array of legal services.
