Mead School District Transportation Facility

As the Mead School District in Spokane, Washington continues to grow, Coffman is often called upon to help with their expansion projects. To house their 110-school bus fleet and 90 employees, Mead constructed a new Transportation Facility. Coffman provided electrical engineering for the 23,400 sf facility which included lighting and controls, power distribution, including a backup generator, shop equipment connections, data, intercom, access control, intrusion detection, and video and fire alarm systems for bus administration, maintenance, and parking areas.
