Mattawa Farmworker Housing

Coffman provided civil engineering for the affordable housing development located in Mattawa, Washington. The seasonal housing development for the Washington Growers League included four buildings with a total of 144 beds for temporary farmworker housing. Coffman provided consulting services for the site development including erosion and sediment control, earthwork, grading, stormwater management, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, sanitary sewer, and water system improvements.
