Lind-Ritzville High School Modernization

Coffman worked alongside the client and owner to modernize the Lind-Ritzville High School which has been a part of the National Register of Historic Places since 1994.

In 2012, the Lind and Ritzville School Districts decided to merge their high schools to create the Lind-Ritzville High School to increase education opportunities within the district. This merge of 9-12th graders, from two rural high schools, also increased the need for a modernization of the school.

Coffman provided civil and electrical engineering for the modernization of Lind-Ritzville High School located in Ritzville, Washington. This project was a complete remodel of the existing 28,000 sf building with a parking lot modification. The project included utility, grading, and storm drainage design for the modernization and various site improvements on the school district campus, including new parking areas, bus and fire access loop, and right of way improvements.
