La Puente One Stop Development Center
Coffman provided project scoping documents and performance specifications for the proposed 7,500 sf La Puente One Stop building and parking lot improvements. Detailed ADA requirements and construction specifications were provided for the future design-build teams bidding on the project. Current ASTM methods and reference standards were reviewed and selected for the bidding documentation.
