Kennewick Department of State Health Services

Coffman provided mechanical engineering services for the new 20,000 sf Washington State Department of Social and Health State Services office building in Kennewick, Washington. The $1.7 million project included an early warm shell package and a tenant improvement package. The building’s mechanical system is comprised of an energy recovery dedicated outdoor air unit and an energy recovery variable refrigerant heat pump system.
