Kaiser Garfield Specialty Center

The Kaiser Garfield Specialty Center required tenant improvements within the first four levels of Building 1, an existing 150,000 sf, six story, steel framed structure. Improvements included a new elevator, new rooftop mounted air-handler units, and a new pharmacy area.

Free standing concrete masonry unit (CMU) screen walls, an emergency generator, boilers, and a trash compactor unit were also part of the project scope.

Founded in 1945, Kaiser Permanente is the nation’s largest not-for-profit health plan.
