Illumina Campus Building 5 – Life Sciences Campus

Building 5 is a 22,000 sf addition to the research campus originally developed for Biogen/Idec. The two-story steel-framed Amenities Building features a partially stepped amphitheater situated above the roof. The amphitheater seating is comprised of precast concrete supported on steel framing with on-grade seating of cast-in-place construction. Additional amenities include an employee fitness center, gymnasium, athletic courts, and a café.
