Hilde Dental

Coffman provided HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas engineering for Hilde Dental, a new clinic in Burlington, Washington. This two story facility includes the dental clinic on the first floor and a warm shell for future expansion on the second floor. The HVAC system is comprised of a dedicated outdoor air energy recovery system and variable refrigerant flow fan coils with energy recovery for heating and cooling. The building also has a solar array on the roof.
