Haskell Office & Storage Building

Coffman provided structural engineering design services for two new, one story, 18,400 sf storage buildings. The structural framing system for both buildings is conventional wood-framing with wood shear walls and TJI roof joists, glulam beams, and steel columns. This framing system provided sufficient open area in the building, allowed for ease of future modifications to the interior layout, and was extremely cost effective compared to traditional prefabricated metal buildings at only $87/sf for the building structure.
