Coffman provided mechanical and fire protection engineering services for the Hale Makana O Mōʻiliʻili Affordable Senior Housing Complex, a seven-story affordable apartment building with one level of covered parking. The facility houses 105 one-bedroom units, a community resource center, and a multipurpose space for gatherings.

This $39.7 M project received a Grand Award in the Multifamily Development (Condominiums-Apartments Avg. Unit Prices Less than $550,000) category from the Building Industry Association Hawaii.
