Doma Residential Building

Coffman provided structural and seismic engineering services for this residential and mixed-use project located in San Diego’s Little Italy, which includes an eight-story, 112,000 sf building with 52 apartment units and a four-story 89,000 sf building with 52 apartment units. The two buildings are located atop a two-level, 135,000 sf subterranean parking garage with 227 vehicle spaces.

The historical Stamp Building is located on the project site. The facility was retained, renovated and incorporated into the final design for use as retail space.
