Coffman, as RGD Acoustics, Inc., provided acoustic consulting services for the tenant improvements of a confidential corporate headquarters. Tenant improvements for the three-story 400,000 sf facility include five standalone workplace neighborhoods and executive suites comprised of open concept workstations, small, medium, and large meeting rooms, open collaboration areas, and a 6,000 sf staff amenity facility, as well as a global operations center, and an on-site staffed health clinic for employees. Scope of work included acoustic room design, noise and vibration control for the MEP tenant improvements, and sound isolation recommendations for partitions, and floors/ceilings.
