Chase Bank, Downtown Flagship Branch

Coffman provided civil engineering services for the conversion of an existing two-story fast food restaurant into the Chase Bank Flagship Branch in the heart of downtown Seattle. The project, on a small wedge-shaped parcel, included an expansion remodel, a new ADA compliant entrance patio with rams and stairs to provide accessible entrances from both frontage sidewalks, a sustainable rain garden planter structure for managing roof runoff, relocation of main doors, site grading, new utility services, traffic control plans, and a permit expediting with the City of Seattle.
