Case Western Mistletoe Community

Coffman provided fire protection and life safety code consulting services for the renovation of two four-story first-year residence halls at Case Western Reserve University. Originally built in the 1960s, the buildings included features that no longer met modern fire protection and life safety code requirements. Coffman performed code compliance assessments to document required and best-practice upgrades, reviewed design team plans for compliance, and coordinated with the local Authority Having Jurisdiction on the life safety approach.
