Camp Pendleton Mess Hall & Warehouse

Coffman aided in the design of a military mess hall and warehouse at Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton in San Diego, California. Services included electrical, mechanical, fire protection, project management, and acoustical services.

The scope of work included constructing a dining facility, a consolidated regimental supply warehouse, and a new Combat Fitness Training field. The sod field features a rubber surface track, goal posts, bleachers with sunshades, irrigation, fencing, and outside lighting. The project also included cybersecurity features, paving, and site improvements which included parking areas, roadways, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, landscaping, trash enclosures, and monument signs. Site improvements also included stormwater management features, pedestrian and bicycling features, and open storage Motor-T area with forklift battery charging stations.
