Coffman provided structural engineering services for a new life-science campus consisting of five office buildings, one subterranean parking structure, one above/below-grade parking structure, and several amenities buildings. Phase One includes buildings 1 & 2, the subterranean parking garage, and Café, constructed with cast-in-place concrete.
